A Firm Hope

A Firm Hope

A Series on I Peter

The last couple of years have been stressful ones, to say the least. A world wide pandemic, rising inflation, supply chain backups and now a war in eastern Europe are only just some of the major events we have all gone through recently, and continue to.

The book of I Peter is a letter for all of us today. In it Peter calls us to persevere in faith, not by pretending that things aren’t as tough as they seem, but that we have assurance for now and forever through the death and resurrection of Jesus. In fact, we get a taste today of the greatness to come that only deepens the firm hope that is ours in Jesus.
